We get questions all the time from visitors about our alligator\u2019s names, characteristics, facts and more. So, we decided to share a few of our most popular alligator\u2019s profiles with our loyal and curious followers. No need to thank us for the hard work that went into interviewing our alligators individually. They like the attention. (No one was harmed in the making of this blog.)<\/p>\n

ALLIGATOR PROFILE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Captain Crunch <\/strong><\/p>\n

Age: late 30s<\/p>\n

Length: 13\u2019 2\u201d<\/p>\n

Weight: 800+ pounds<\/p>\n

Fun Fact: Captain Crunch isn\u2019t sweet like the cereal – he\u2019ll bite back. Keep your distance from this guy, especially during feeding time.<\/p>\n

Best known for: His world record for bite strength of 2,982 pounds. Ouch!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Big Moe <\/strong><\/p>\n

Age: late 30s<\/p>\n

Weight: 750 pounds<\/p>\n

Fun Fact: Not only is Moe big, but he\u2019s blind in one eye. He doesn\u2019t let that stop him from jumping really high out of the water. Watch out for Big Moe and his scare tactics.<\/p>\n

Best known for: His bubbly personality.<\/p>\n

Pickles <\/strong><\/p>\n

Age: 6 years old<\/p>\n

Weight: 60 pounds<\/p>\n

Fun Fact: Pickles is the most well-known among the young alligators. You can spot him sporting green toenails on the weekend.<\/p>\n

Best known for: Having his very own Facebook page. Give him a follow<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Prince Eric<\/strong><\/p>\n

Age: late 30s<\/p>\n

Weight: 700 pounds<\/p>\n

Fun Fact: Prince Eric won\u2019t just eat anything that\u2019s thrown his way. His elevated palate is how he earned his name. #diva<\/p>\n

Best known for: His royalty. All hail Prince Eric.<\/p>\n

The Colonel <\/strong><\/p>\n

Age: mid 40s<\/p>\n

Weight: 900-1000 pounds (Our scale tops out at 899.)<\/p>\n

Fun Fact: The Colonel is the largest alligator on the farm, and also the laziest.<\/p>\n

Best known for: Knocking heads and taking names. Look out.<\/p>\n
